Before Hiring a Service Provider, Verify What They Are Actually Offering

Independent analysis of quotes, offers, and service provider proposals before committing: verification of claims, deliverables, costs, dependencies, technical risks, and responses provided.

You have received a proposal for SEO, development, an application, a SaaS solution, or another technical service, but you may not have all the information needed to determine whether what is being offered is actually relevant.

Palks Studio analyzes the proposal before you commit, compares claims against verifiable information, and looks for inconsistencies, dependencies, costs that may appear later, and points that require further explanation.

This is not about finding a service provider for you. You select the professional or professionals you are considering, then the analysis focuses on their proposals, their claims, and the answers they provide to the questions raised.

Independent Analysis Before You Decide

Palks Studio receives no commission from the service providers being analyzed and does not act as a referral partner. The goal is to provide an independent assessment of the available information so you can understand what you are actually about to purchase.

What Is Analyzed and Verified

The Proposal

  • Claims & Deliverables What is actually being offered, measured, and verified
  • Technical Choices Proposed solutions, technologies, architecture, and methods
  • Costs & Dependencies Subscriptions, third-party services, maintenance, and future costs

The Verification

  • Consistency Claims are compared against information that can actually be verified
  • Risks & Unclear Points Limitations, contradictions, and elements requiring clarification
  • Questions & Answers Points to raise with the provider, followed by analysis of their responses

From the Proposal to the Final Report

The analysis begins with the documents you already have: quotes, commercial proposals, audits, presentations, exchanges with the provider, or technical documentation.

Verifiable elements are checked, points requiring clarification are identified, and questions to submit to the provider are prepared.

The analysis does not necessarily stop with this initial assessment. Responses provided by the service provider can also be reviewed to determine whether they address the concerns raised, provide new information, or require further clarification.

You receive a final summary distinguishing verified information, identified concerns, points that remain impossible to establish, and information obtained throughout the exchanges.

The Process

  • Submit the Proposals Quotes, offers, audits, and available documents
  • Analysis & Verification Claims are checked and points requiring further investigation are identified
  • Provider Responses Targeted questions followed by analysis of the answers received

The Outcome

  • Verified Information Points that can be confirmed are clearly identified
  • Identified Concerns Risks, inconsistencies, and elements that still require clarification
  • Final Report A documented summary to help you make your decision

Pricing

The service provider assessment is offered at a fixed price of $990.

The fixed fee includes the initial review of the proposals, verification of the available information, identification of points that require clarification, and preparation of questions to send to the service provider.

The provider's responses are then reviewed through the final assessment summary, within the scope defined at the beginning of the engagement.

The price is known before the assessment begins, with no additional time-based billing for the exchanges included within the agreed scope.
