A recruitment system that automatically ranks candidates by relevance from a structured application form. Responses are compared with the job profile defined by the recruiter, then displayed in a dashboard with matching score ranking.
Scoring is calculated across three levels: the global section weight, the question weight within its section, and the score assigned to each answer. The recruiter configures questions, scores and weights from the administration interface, without touching the code.
Penalties can be applied automatically to certain answers that are incompatible with the position.
The system manages several recruitment campaigns at the same time, each with its own questions, profile and applications. Each campaign has a unique form link to share in job postings.
Applications remain hosted on your server, without any intermediary platform.
Each recruitment campaign has its own unique application form link, generated from the dashboard, which simply needs to be copied and pasted into your job posting on the recruitment platform of your choice.
Your recruitment workflow does not change: you continue publishing your job offers on the platforms you already use, only the application link is replaced with the link to your structured application form.
