With Invoice Stamper, upload your invoice, enter the payment date and generate a new version with a paid stamp in one click. The document is then ready to send to your client or archive.
Invoice Stamper works directly with your existing PDF invoices: there is no need to regenerate the original invoice. The paid stamp and payment date are added automatically.
You can process a single invoice or dozens, even hundreds of invoices in one operation using a ZIP archive.
The system does not impose processing quotas and does not block an invoice simply because it has already been processed. The same PDF can be processed again whenever necessary.
Invoice Stamper runs on your own server, so the number of invoices you process is not tied to a subscription, credits or a third-party platform.
For batch processing, invoices are grouped into a ZIP archive, marked as paid in a single operation and generated as a new archive ready to download.
The interface is available in English and French and automatically adapts the stamp text to the selected language.

Select an individual PDF or a ZIP archive containing multiple invoices, enter the payment date, and generate the stamped documents. When processing a batch, all PDFs in the ZIP archive are stamped in a single operation and then grouped into a new ZIP archive ready for download.
Each stamped invoice is automatically stored on your server. Batch processing is organized by period and then in a folder named after the original ZIP archive, keeping each batch clearly separated and easy to identify.
The system is installed directly on your server, your documents remain under your control, with no intermediary platform and no subscription.
The system is delivered with technical documentation and a user guide, allowing independent use immediately after deployment.
Invoice Stamper is available through two delivery options: as a ZIP package for self-installation, or fully deployed and configured directly on your server.
