The complete invoicing system includes evolving regulatory compliance assistance for the entire duration of Palks Studio's activity, limited to changes in the French regulatory framework applicable to invoices issued by an entity established in France (Factur-X, XML, VAT, tax obligations and exchange formats).
The corresponding regulatory updates are deployed by Palks Studio through the integrated update system. When a change in the French regulatory framework requires an adaptation of the engine, a notification is made available directly within the application, allowing the user to install the new version.
This included support applies exclusively to the complete invoicing system when used by an issuing entity established in France. Regulatory, tax or documentary requirements specific to any other country are not included and require a dedicated adaptation provided as a separate service.
For other solutions, developments or services integrating all or part of an invoicing mechanism, any subsequent adaptation required by a regulatory change is also provided as a separate service.
In all cases, the included updates exclusively concern maintaining the engine's compliance with the French regulatory framework. They do not include modifications to existing business features, application design or the addition of new functionalities.
