Terms and conditions of sale of Palks Studio: information regarding orders, payments, delivery of digital resources and withdrawal rights.

These terms govern our transactions and sales on Palks Studio, with a focus on transparency and trust.

Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of digital content and related services offered by Palks Studio to consumers.

Service engagements

Some services provided by Palks Studio may involve technical work, custom development, or specific consulting assignments. In such cases, a quotation (proposal) is issued to the client before the work begins.

Acceptance of the quotation by signature, written confirmation (including email), or explicit approval constitutes acceptance of the proposed service and of these Terms and Conditions.

The scope of the work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in the quotation. Any additional requests or changes to the initial scope may require a separate quotation.

Orders and pricing

Prices are stated in euros. VAT not applicable, pursuant to article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Order confirmation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and of the pre-contractual information displayed on the website.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, using the payment methods available on the website. Transactions are secured by the selected payment provider.

Access to digital content

Access to digital content (resources) is provided immediately after payment validation, via a download link or direct access.

Liability

The information provided on the website is for informational purposes only. Despite the care taken in its preparation and updates, no guarantee is given regarding completeness or absence of errors. Use of the content is entirely at the user’s own risk.

The digital products are strictly for personal and non-transferable use. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up and retain the files after delivery. Palks Studio shall not be held liable in case of loss, deletion or deterioration of files by the customer.

No replacement download link or file will be provided in case of loss. The purchase grants a single and definitive access at the time of delivery.

Right of withdrawal – Legal exclusion

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.

By confirming the order, the customer: requests immediate access to the digital content, expressly waives the right of withdrawal, and acknowledges that no refund may be claimed on this basis.

Intellectual property

All digital content sold is protected by copyright law. Any reproduction, distribution, resale or public sharing, even in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited.

Personal data

Data required for order processing is collected and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy (GDPR).

Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable settlement, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
