The engine handles Factur-X EN16931 document generation, but overall compliance also depends on the quality of your business data, particularly VAT rules and the information provided by your existing system.
An initial assessment is carried out to verify compatibility with your invoicing logic and to identify any business or technical adjustments required before integration.
The Factur-X engine includes ongoing compliance support for 3 years from the date of delivery, limited to regulatory changes related to electronic invoicing (Factur-X, XML, VAT, tax obligations, and exchange formats).
These updates apply exclusively to the generation engine and its XML mapping, ensuring continued compliance over time without introducing new features or expanding its capabilities.
