Reading the Data. A temporary outage means that a fuel type has been reported as temporarily unavailable by a service station. The “stations facing supply issues” indicator focuses on the availability of diesel and SP95, E10, and SP98 gasoline. Availability data comes from the official French fuel price and availability feed. Emergency oil stock data comes from Eurostat and is published monthly, with a delay compared with the daily service station data.
